Information Technology Rentals Limited was formed in 2000. The business was founded on the sale of NT servers, personal computers, laptops and monitors and due to customer demand and flexibility of service a natural progression guided the company towards rental.

We do not profess to be the largest supplier of IT rental equipment in the UK; however we can confidently say we are experts in our field, offering a cost effective solution, whilst more importantly maintaining quality of service.

From taking your initial enquiry by phone, or via the internet, our staff are trained to provide a consistently high level of service. From technical advice/guidance, right through to post-installation support, our staff are there to guide you smoothly and efficiently every step of the way.

To cater for such a wide range of both manufacturers and equipment, our warehousing facility is geared to handle a vast amount of computer equipment. In turn our internal systems track and maintain an exact location of all 'ready to ship' products within our inventory, thus offering immediate access/despatch of goods direct to your designated site.

Upon despatch of your equipment, our warehouse staff will allocate your shipment a returns number; this interacts with our internal system and the termination date of your contract.

In addition to both our service and support, we have become aware over the years transportation of the product is extremely important. Once the equipment has successfully left our premises, our awareness of transportation problems with computer hardware has lead us to use the highest standards of packing materials. Customer disappointment due to items 'dead on arrival' or 'damaged in transit' is not a service we offer in our portfolio, in turn we endeavour to do everything in our power to prevent this occurring by the use of a foam packing machine and high quality packing materials.

Transportation is handled by our sole designated couriers 'Business Post'. They offer a fully traceable dedicated service enabling us to monitor the equipment right through to customer receipt.
